Here at Transformations Hair & Body, the client is #1. We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one. We stand behind our services.

 

Be on Time

  • If you arrive late, it may be necessary to shorten your service time in order to properly serve an on-time client or you may need to be rescheduled.

Returns and Refunds

  • We do not give cash refunds on services or products.
  • If at any time you are displeased with the cut or color service you receive we will offer a complimentary adjustment or redo if notified within 10 days.
  • Products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase .

Appointment Cancellations 

  • A 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel services, which allows us to rebook the time for other guests.
  • Please phone the Salon at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  We do understand that there may be times when emergencies arise and notice is not a possibility.
  • We do reserve the right, for those clients to charge 50% of the cost of all reserved services if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
  • Charge 100% of the cost of all reserved services for those who do not phone to cancel and do not show for their appointment.

We do request credit card information to reserve your appointmnet.

 

Return Check

  • We charge a $25 Return Check fee.
